About Dr Bruno Broughton
Bruno is a Fellow of the Institute of Fisheries Management and the author of a range of scientific papers and books. He is a regular contributor to the angling press and, when he gets time, is a keen ‘big fish’ coarse angler. His work has also encompassed duties for the Angling Trades Association (ATA). Currently Chief Executive of the ATA, Chairman of the Angling Foundation and co-chair of the Professional Anglers’ Association, Bruno has been directly involved with campaigns to help protect and promote the sport of angling for almost 20 years. He is a Director of the Fisheries and Angling Conservation Trust (FACT), the national 'umbrella' organisation and a member of various consultation groups and working parties. Since 1998 Bruno Broughton has lectured part-time to fisheries students at Rodbaston College, near Stafford. |
