Bruno Broughton has almost 30years experience in providing advice, appraisals and reports for the fisheries industry.

Bruno has acted as an independent consultant to the Anglers' Conservation Association (ACA) on more than 25 occasions to provide advice on the impact of pollution on fisheries. This work has involved the preparation of proofs of evidence and affidavits, as well as the presentation of expert evidence in Courts of Law. It has also encompassed detailed calculations on the extent of claims for loss of fish and fishing.

He has also been engaged on several occasions by Sunderland Marine Mutual Assurance Co. Ltd. to prepare appraisals and advisory reports arising from claims for the loss of fish under its specialised fish insurance policies.

Bruno has gained considerable 'expert witness' experience acting for clients at, and presenting evidence to, Planning Appeals arising from new lake schemes, fish farms and the erection of managers' dwellings.
